Logging in & out / changing user

  1. Go to the projects dashboard in the app
  2. Click ‘logout’ in the footer or HERE.
  3. Use your email address and password to log back in



White screen or spinning wheel (for longer than 15 seconds)

  1. Restart the app
  2. iOS: Press the Home Button then swipe the app all the way up. Then reopen the app by pressing the Lodha icon
  3. Android: Press the Square button (far right) on your screen. All open apps will show in minimised windows. Scroll until you have Lodha app and then just swipe the app window all the way up
  4. Alternatively, go to Settings/Manage Apps, choose Lodha app and press Force Stop



Receiving push notifications

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the app (check respective app store)
  2. Go to system settings, under Lodha UK Sales you will see an option to switch notifications on or off



Receiving email notifications

  1. In an email notification from Lodha UK Sales, you will see an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Click it to unsubscribe.



(Re)installing the app

  1. iOS: Hold the Lodha icon until it shakes, press the x button ontop of it
  2. Android: Hold the Lodha icon until ‘uninstall/remove’ tab appears , press uninstall
  3. Go to the App Store (Apple/Play store) to re download the "Lodha UK Sales" app



Resetting your password

  1. If already logged in, logout (logout link on footer in project dashboard)
  2. Click the ‘Forgotten password’ link on the login page
  3. Enter your email address
  4. A new password will be generated and emailed to you
